1. Information we handle
- Game progress and settings, in-game photos and memos, and identification and authentication information needed for account linking and saving.
- Device and App information, advertising and other identifiers, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, usage and ad-viewing activity, and diagnostics.
- Your email address, message and attachments when you contact us.
2. Purposes and external providers
We use information to provide the game, save and synchronize data, deliver and measure advertising, improve quality, prevent fraud and respond to inquiries. As necessary for these purposes, information is sent to, or collected directly by, external providers of advertising, analytics, authentication, storage, web hosting and related services.
Photos and memos are included in cloud saving, but their contents are not included in analytics or crash reports. Information may also be disclosed where necessary, such as when required by law.
3. Your choices
Analytics and crash reporting are enabled by default and can be disabled separately in the App’s settings; disabling crash reporting takes full effect on the next launch. Analytics and advertising also follow the consent choices applicable in your region. You can change available advertising choices through the consent screens or settings provided.
4. Retention and deletion
Information is retained according to its purposes, the services’ retention conditions and legal requirements. Information no longer needed is subject to deletion or similar measures. Some records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Uninstalling the App does not by itself delete cloud data. Contact us below to request access, correction, deletion or cessation of use. We respond after any necessary identity verification.
5. Security
We work to protect information through measures such as encrypted communications and access controls. External services may process information outside your country.
